These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and its associated booking and scheduling system.

1. Platform Use

This website uses a managed scheduling and booking platform to facilitate appointment requests, communications, and related functionality.

The platform provides the technical infrastructure only and does not perform grooming services.


2. Shop Policies (Business-Specific Terms)

Each grooming business operating this website may maintain its own policies regarding:

  • Services offered
    • I offer full groom services, cat grooming, breed styling, light creative work, baths, and also service small exotics such as ferrets, bunnies, etc.
  • Pricing
    • Pricing shown is representative of the ideal situation, but prices do vary based upon coat condition, size of pet, and other variables. Cost will communicated to you prior to completing service.
  • Cancellations
    • Require a 24 hour cancellation notice. You may cancel in your online account at any time if your appointment is over 24 hours away. Cancellations within 24 hours will require prepayment on all future services in full.
  • Rescheduling
    • Rescheduling can be done inside your acocunt if over 24 hours away. If you need to reschedule and your appointment is within 24 hours, all future appointments will require prepayment in full.
  • No-shows
    • In the case of no shows(i.e. I come to your house and you are not there) You will be asked to prepay for all future appointments that is nonrefundable. 2nd offense, you will no longer be a client of mine.
  • Refunds
    • I do not offer refunds for any services. If you have an issue with the groom, please let me know when I am there and before I leave.
  • Service expectations
    • I need clear access to your tub, with a shower head as this is in home service. Please ensure that I have adequate working area, with outlets nearby. Please budget up to 3 hours depending upon the service that you book for.

Shop-specific policies are provided by the grooming business and apply in addition to these Terms.

Where applicable, Shop Policies will be displayed during booking or made available on this website.


3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments requested through this website are subject to availability and confirmation by the grooming business.

The platform does not guarantee appointment availability, service completion, or specific outcomes.


4. Payments

Payments processed through this website may include platform-related fees and/or service fees set by the grooming business.

The platform is not responsible for pricing decisions, service delivery, or disputes related to grooming services.


5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation and no-show rules are determined by the grooming business and may vary.

Failure to comply with posted policies may result in fees, refusal of service, or account restrictions.


6. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to manage appointments.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators are not liable for:

  • Service outcomes
  • Missed or cancelled appointments
  • Damages resulting from use of grooming services
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
